2009-2010 Re-enrollment

Thank you for filling out your Re-enrollment packet online! All forms are now formatted in Interactive PDF documents. After opening each document, simply select each field and type in your information. After entering your information, you may print the form or email to the admissions office. Please follow the directions below. (Download directions)Down load the latest Adobe reader here.

Step One  

  • Read and fill out Tuition Agreement form (Please include any siblings on the form but do not pay until after testing). The tuition schedule for 09-10 can be found here. 
  • Fill out the Student Emergency Information/Field Trip Permission Slip (one for each child)
  • Fill out the Family Information Sheet; please include any grandparent changes, church or job changes, phone numbers etc.
  • Read and check the Statement of Agreement (on Family Information Sheet).
  • Read and check the Photo Release Permission Box (on Family Information Sheet)
  • Fill out a Computer & Internet Use Agreement Form for each student in Grades 1-12.
  • Tuition Assistance or Pastor’s Financial Assistance: Grace desires Christian education to be affordable for all. We understand this is not always possible, and you may find you need financial assistance. Applying for financial aid is a two step process. First, to determine if you are eligible for aid, complete the Financial Aid Qualification Worksheet. Second, if you meet the guidelines, please request an application from the school office and return by March 1 for first round consideration.  Full-time Pastor’s Financial Assistance form can be downloaded here.

Step Two

  • Make sure all forms are signed electronically if you email forms or with your hand signature if you print the forms and turn into the admissions office.  Forms necessary to complete re-enrollment are: Tuition Agreement Form, Student Emergency Form (1 for each student), Family Information Form, Computer Use Form (for each student), and payment of Re-enrollment fee. 

Step Three – for Junior High & High School Only

·         For Class A Signup the Username is the students first initial and last name (lower case) and the Password is the student ID (found on your student ID card).

·         Click on the link to Class A Registration and follow directions to register for classes.

·         Course catalog and descriptions can be found here.

·         Parents please electronically sign and submit. 

Step Four

Submit all forms to the school office or the Admissions Office or by email.  Please include a check or charge by credit card here. Payment by Credit Card Form.  Forms must be turned in by February 28, 2009.
