We are looking for a few new teachers for the 2020-2021 school year. If you know of someone who would be a good fit for Grace and might be interested in teaching next year, please have them contact Chris Gionet (email@example.com) or Cynthia Hatter (firstname.lastname@example.org) for more details. We are specifically looking for a part time high school health teacher, a part time Biology and GAMO teacher, a part time AP Biology teacher and a full time elementary music teacher. We are also looking for a Cup of Grace coffee shop manager. Please contact Paul Salima (email@example.com) for details regarding the Cup of Grace job.
We are having families turn in all text books, library books and equipment as well as picking up their student’s personal belongings this week. Mr. Gionet has already sent out a letter regarding the details. Borrowed chromebooks need to be returned to Mr. Herrera. You will need to email him (firstname.lastname@example.org) to make an appointment. Unclaimed items will be put in the dumpster at the end of day on Friday, May 22nd. The schedule for both pick up and delivery is as follows:

We are getting down to the wire to submit photos for this year’s elementary yearbook. We would even love to include photos of some of your Distance Learning experiences and kindergarten graduation. This is a year to memorialize. Elementary Parents, please remember to upload your photos to the Google share drive or send to email@example.com.
#GraceDayofGiving – SAVE THE DATE – Tuesday, June 2 has been set aside to host an online day of giving intended to replace the Guardians Benefit Event that was cancelled due to COVID-19 earlier this year. The goal of this fundraiser is $100K and helps to cover the gap between tuition and yearly operating expenses. Please mark your calendars and prayerfully consider your financial support of the school. Thank you!
Secondary Yearbook Update
Because of COVID-19, our secondary yearbook delivery date has been pushed back. You will receive an email with a yearbook distribution plan when yearbooks are delivered over the summer. Thank you for understanding.

School Board Meetings

The board meets once a month on the third Tuesday at 6:00pm in the Chapel.
