Greetings Grace Families,
I want to thank you for all of the time, efforts, and positive instruction you have given your children. It is not lost on me or on the teachers that this has so impacted each one of your households in a massive way. Not including the extra week of spring break, today we are completing our fourth week of Distance Instruction. I am very thankful for how this has gone. I am proud of each of you as you took on a role you did not ask for. I am very proud of our teachers who put together a quality Instructional Program online in about a week’s time. With all of the challenges though, we have a great deal to be thankful for.
Going forward, our Seniors have a little more than three weeks of school left with graduation on May 13th! The rest of our students will complete the school year in 4 ½ weeks! The finish line is in sight. In education, each spring brings the difficulty of helping students remain focused through the end of the year. This year that is accentuated even more. But we are in the final push, and I want to encourage you to continue to remain steadfast in your efforts to get through the remainder of the year.
There are no updates to the mandates for me to call your attention to. I trust you and your family are doing your best to align with the Governor’s mandates. I hope that you are being intentional and also getting regular time outside. I will not plan on emailing you again until next Monday at noon.
Have a Blessed weekend.
