I trust you are continuing to find more of a rhythm regarding the Distance Instructional Program. When our teachers and staff realized that we would not be able to meet together personally through the remainder of the school year, it was a very difficult reality to consider. They love your children, and they love spending time with your children! So again, this is a time for mental toughness and making the best of a challenging situation.
The Administration is continuing to work on year-end procedures and how to finish the school year on the most positive note possible. Please continue to pray for our faculty and staff as we work to this end. Also please be in prayer for those families who have been impacted physically and financially with this COVID crisis. Each of us have our own struggles, but there are many in our school community who are very much challenged. As the health mandates become more defined, our path forward will become clearer, and we will continue to communicate with you as best we can.
One item that we would like to resolve now is pre-paid lunch accounts. Please see the statement at the bottom of the email from our Business Department on how those funds will be settled.
I will email you again on Friday. Thank you for your prayer requests, and please feel free to send any other requests to me too.

Note from the Business Office:
Prepaid lunch balances
Please be assured that your prepaid lunch balances will be transferred to next school year. If you have a senior with a younger sibling, the balance will be transferred to the sibling. If your only student is a senior, we will credit your final tuition payment or issue you a check. If your balance is negative, please pay your balance before April 24th. After that date, your balance will be transferred to an Incidental Expense on your FACTS account. Please contact Julie Boerger at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
